If you blend the brilliant mind of an actuary, the dedication and commitment of a board member, the tenacity of a hockey team manager and the well-honed negotiation skills of a mother of four boys, you have Katherine Devlin.
Katherine settled in Toronto more than 25 years ago after graduating from Western University with a degree in Statistical and Actuarial Science. Before entering the world of real estate, Katherine spent years as an actuarial consultant in the pension industry in Toronto where she refined her skills as a trusted advisor and strategist. Understanding not only how to negotiate a deal but how to complete a deal well done quickly became her specialty.
For many years she lived abroad in Ireland, travelling throughout Europe as her family grew to include four boys. When she returned to Canada, Katherine dedicated much of her time to the Jean Tweed Center as a board member, where she proved that her ability to lead in a straightforward, honest, reliable, collaborative and ethical manner enabled her to influence others while valuing discretion and confidentiality. Katherine managed all this while spending much of her time in a hockey rink, volunteering as a team manager as well as at her boys’ schools, successfully juggling the multiple schedules, priorities and responsibilities as the CEO of a large family.
With the boys moving forward in the next steps of their lives, Katherine recognized an opportunity to convert her life-long passion for all things real estate (and ongoing MLS surfing!) into a dynamic career.
Well-travelled and passionate about health and fitness, Katherine can often be found at the yoga studio or on long walks in her Moore Park neighbourhood.... that is when she’s not surfing MLS - no longer just for herself but her growing business of active clients!
Understanding what Luxury Service means can sometimes be more than meets the eye. Knowing what goes on behind the scenes, as well as up front, is what creates a fully encompassed experience for a client. No one understands this more than Julia Mossanen and it is what sets her apart to make her a truly exceptional Agent.
After attaining her license in 1996, Julia hit the ground running working across Toronto and the GTA at boutique offices, as well as larger firms including RE/MAX, Royal LePage and Chestnut Park. Knowing that to truly understand the business she was best served by working under one of the city’s top realtors, Julia started her real estate career as an administrative assistant learning the back-office operations and the details that go into every transaction. From here she moved on to working in a team environment until promoting up to managing a real estate business.
As a people person first, Julia knew it was only a matter of time, before the pull to work one on one, helping clients find their dream home, would bring her back to the sales side of Real Estate – her passion. Ensuring she exposes her clients to both their “wish” list as well as unknown areas they may not have ventured to, is what has led to Julia’s success and her client’s loyalty in working with her to find the perfect home.
Client satisfaction is always Julia’s top priority understanding that a satisfied client is one who is well-informed and well-represented.
